Minimum Requirements

  • A recognised undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) in one of the following:
    Public Management, Business Management, Operations Management, Management, HRM, Nursing, Law, LLB, BCom, Finance, or Administration.
  • Experience in claims processing is an added advantage.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Knowledge of: COID Act, PFMA, OHS Act, Public Service Regulations, Compensation Fund procedures, Batho Pele Principles, and other relevant labour laws.
  • Strong skills in:
    • Claims registration and assessment
    • Data capturing and administration
    • Record keeping
    • Verbal and written communication
    • Computer literacy

  • Register and acknowledge claims
  • Prepare compensation benefits
  • Handle client and claim enquiries
  • Perform general administration activities
