Role Overview
Our business product offering has grown significantly over the years which has led to the development of the OUTsurance Broker Tied Agent Model.
The incumbent of this position will be responsible for growing and developing the business insurance portfolio by building a book of short-term insurance. The individual will sell personal lines and Commercial lines by prospecting and canvassing for new business sales.

Qualifications
General:
• Completed Matric or National Senior Certificate
• Must have your own reliable vehicle with uninterrupted access to the vehicle
• Valid code B driver’s license
• 3 years of external sales experience in a face-to-face selling environment
• Experience in lead generation, cold calling, relationship management and opening doors
Should you have previous experience as a FAIS representative the following is non-negotiable:
• FAIS credits/Full Insurance Qualifications (depending on Date of first appointment – DOFA)
• RE5 (depending on Date of first appointment – DOFA)
Additional Information
The OUTsurance Broker will report directly to the OUTsurance Broker Regional Manager and will work closely with the wider Commercial team.

Job Description
To lead the strategic evolution, engineering, and optimization of MTN South Africa’s network infrastructure, including Radio, Fixed Access, Core Network, and Service Platforms, while driving technological innovation, cost efficiency, and superior customer experience.
Requirements
- 4-year tertiary qualification and a Master’s in Technology Systems (Telecommunication Management/IT) or an MBA.
- Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in telecommunications or digital business.
- At least 5 years of strategic management experience in a Telco or Digital Business environment.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the relevant telecommunications sector/industry.
- Experience working in a global/multinational enterprise with understanding of emerging markets.
- Proven ability to manage large budgets effectively and drive financial discipline.
- Fluent in English with strong technical and business acumen.

- Define and execute the evolution strategy for all network domains, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
