Job Description
Role Overview
Our business product offering has grown significantly over the years which has led to the development of the OUTsurance Broker Tied Agent Model.
The incumbent of this position will be responsible for growing and developing the business insurance portfolio by building a book of short-term insurance. The individual will sell personal lines and Commercial lines by prospecting and canvassing for new business sales.

Qualifications
General:
- Completed Matric or National Senior Certificate
- Must have your own reliable vehicle with uninterrupted access to the vehicle
- Valid code B driver’s license
- 3 years of external sales experience in a face-to-face selling environment
- Experience in lead generation, cold calling, relationship management and opening doors
Should you have previous experience as a FAIS representative the following is non-negotiable:
- FAIS credits/Full Insurance Qualifications (depending on Date of first appointment – DOFA)
- RE5 (depending on Date of first appointment – DOFA)
Additional Information
The OUTsurance Broker will report directly to the OUTsurance Broker Regional Manager and will work closely with the wider Commercial team.

Role Overview
As an Admin Learnership participant, you will support Bridgestone’s operational and administrative functions. This role provides practical experience in office administration, financial handling, and client support, while contributing to the organization’s high standards of service and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures
• Accurately manage financial transactional documents, petty cash, and banking reconciliations
• Provide secretarial support, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and timesheet processing
• Operate and maintain office equipment such as printers, scanners, and shredders
• Manage office maintenance, including supplies, repairs, and cleaning coordination
• Arrange travel and bookings for site personnel
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, providing updates and support
• Follow Occupational Health and Safety procedures, report hazards, and use PPE correctly
• Participate in safety meetings and emergency response procedures
Qualifications and Experience
Education:
• National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
• Valid South African Code 08 driver’s license
Experience:
• 0–1 year in an office or administrative environment
Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and email systems
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Grade 12 (Matric) qualification
N5/N6 Mechanical Engineering-related qualification
South African citizen
Demonstrated interest in the gas and manufacturing industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work well within a team environment
Not enrolled in any other learnership or apprenticeship programme
Reside within a 40km radius of Kempton Park (areas such as Tembisa, Kempton Park, Germiston, etc.)
